Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer support team via phone or email to request a cancellation.Cancellation After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Returns Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is defective or damaged.
You received a wrong product that does not match your order details.
The product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the product description.
Installation or service-related issues that cannot be resolved after multiple attempts.
Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) and relevant photos or videos of the issue.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
In some cases, you may be offered a replacement product instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation not done by our authorized technicians.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers.
Cancellation of Services
For any solar installation or maintenance service:
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
If you cancel within 48 hours, a service charge may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
If you are returning a product, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
